- 03.Engagement letterMost matters are fixed-fee or capped; institutional clients are billed on retainer.
- 04.DeliveryMemoranda are written for the school’s use; never for publication without consent.
iii.On fees
Fixed-fee where the scope is clear; capped time-billing where it is not. Pro bono work is undertaken for selected child-rights bodies.
