ii.How the work proceeds
- 01.A written enquiryA short note describing the deceased’s domicile and the rough shape of the estate.
- 02.Schedule of assetsA working schedule is prepared from documents; we add to it as more emerges.
- 03.FilingsProbate or letters of administration, alongside any required Syariah filings.
- 04.DistributionDistribution is documented in writing; a closing account is sent to every beneficiary.
iii.On fees
Drafting work is fixed-fee. Administration work is billed on time, against a published rate, with monthly statements. Court disbursements are passed at cost.
